Our name says it all: Paella Man Mallorca. We bring authentic Spanish cuisine to you, ensuring a unique evening at your finca, event, or business dinner. We prepare our paella according to traditional recipe, using only fresh, organic ingredients. You have the choice: whether traditional, with seafood and meat in the Valencian style, only with meat, or vegetarian – with us, you decide how your paella should taste.

We offer you a selection of appetizers, grilled whole fish, veal and beef, as well as poultry with two different barbecue sauces. In addition, there are grilled eggplants with mushrooms in a tomato sauce and two different salads. For dessert, we serve a cheesecake and fresh fruit.

While we prepare the paella for you, enjoy typical Spanish tapas in a variety of appetizers with Albodingas, Piementos del Padrón, Tortillia, and Pan Aioli. For dessert, your Paella-Man has prepared a typical dessert for you, rounding off the successful paella evening.
Our chef brings all the necessary equipment and ingredients for preparation. Of course, a fresh market purchase and organic meat are guaranteed.
Top: A delicious Mallorcan wine or Sangria is the perfect accompaniment. We are happy to bring this upon request and bill separately according to consumption.
